Dongkai Wang received the Ph.D. degree from Peking University and B.E. degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He is curently a professor at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He has authored or co-authored over 10+ papers in journals and conferences including IEEE Trans. Pattern Anal. Mach. Intell. (T-PAMI), International Journal on Computer Vision (IJCV), CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, ACM Multimedia, etc. His research interests focus on building human-aware AI systems that can perceive and understand human beings, including Human Pose and Shape Estimation and Person Re-identification. He is a recipient of the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Hornarable Mention Award from the China Society of Image and Graphics (CSIG) and Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award from the School of Computer Science, Peking University, and is a memeber of CCF/CSIG Technical Committee on Multimedia.
